Terrorist phone surveillance works!
An al-Qaeda commander Abu Nasser al-Qahtani in Afghanistan has been ordered to stop calling colleagues after being linked to 23 arrests in Saudi Arabia:
"The brothers are asking you not to contact anyone in person, but do it through others instead, the leader does not make calls in person. With every call a brother is detained and God help us."
